Major League DJz Drop Amapiano Album Alongside Major Lazer. Major League DJz is a South African hip-hop/kwaito music group made up of twin brothers Bandile and Banele Mbere, who have made a name for themselves in the music business with their diversified and distinctive djing style.
Amapiano duo Major League DJz have finally released their high anticipated and first international collaborative album, “Piano Republik” with world-renowned dance group Major Lazer. The new project was released via Mad Decent/Because and comes after the release of their recent single “Mambgobhozi”, which features a vocal sample from the late South African icon Brenda Fassie’s hit single, “Vuli Ndlela”.
One of the standout tracks on the album is “Dust,” featuring the vocals of South African artist Focalistic. The track opens with a smooth and sultry piano melody, which gradually builds into a high-energy dance beat, complete with thumping bass and catchy synth hooks. Focalistic’s hypnotic vocals add a layer of intensity to the track, making it a standout hit on the album.
