Cassper Defends His Statement Saying Nobody Has Money. Refiloe Maele Phoolo (born 16 December 1990), professionally known as Cassper Nyovest, is a South African rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, record producer and amateur boxer. Born and raised in Mahikeng, North West, he is regarded as one of the most successful artists in South Africa. In 2014, he established his own record label, Family Tree Records.
With the inflation going up in the country, Cassper has expressed that most people are going through a lot financially. While questioned by a tweet, Cassper said he is also not managing financially and that the only pekple who are not feeling any pressure are billionairs. He continued to mention that petrol, food, rent, tax, amongst others are some of the things taking a toll on people. “I’m going through it myself. It’s tough man. Like I feel only the billionaires are living soft cause jo ya kena ya tswa. Everything is just expensive! Water electricity, food, Petrol, security, rent , tax. Bro I’m not making enough money. I’m always stressed about the next month,” he said.

The event was held in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Cassper was joined by dancer and choreographer Bontle Modiselle and renowned illustrator Karabo Poppy. The stars were invited by NBA Africa, to experience the All-Star Weekend and meet with American celebrities such as Gabriell Union.
