Following the release of his single “Put Your Hands Up,” Cassper Nyovest has received heavy criticism after listeners discovered the misinformation in some of his punchlines.Despite all the criticism regarding his medulla verse, Cassper took to Twitter and explained what he meant in that verse. “The medulla is connected to the heart but go on with your bad self. Look at you being schooled by a dropout,” he replied to one Twitter user.

With big-name SA rappers dropping successful songs, Cassper also committed to dropping a new single every time a previous track reaches a million views. “I’m dropping a banger on their head tops tomorrow!
