5 Things You Should Know About Amapiano Star Q-Mark. Some of Protea Glen’s musicians and producers have the potential of being among the best in the country. Music producers play a vital role in the music industry, they are needed to compose and produce good quality music for the people. Hence, it is very important for young people to do a thorough self-introspection and find out what their talent is and begin to use it.

Check out 5 facts you should know about Q-Mark:

1 Thabelo Madiba age 26, a Protea Glen residence, known as Q-Mark is an upcoming music producer and event coordinator. During the course of music production, Q-Mark has worked with Tso-Smith, Awkward music and User boys from Durban.

2 His journey in the entertainment space started with dance in 2008 when he moved to Joburg from KwaZulu-Natal’s KwaMashu with his family.

3 He pursued rapping before singing and that bagged him a feature, together with his brother Just Bheki, on a Sun El Musician song titled Ngiwelele in 2020.

4 Q-Mark discovered his passion for music production in early 2000 when he was still a young boy residing in a village called Tshakhuma in Venda, Limpopo. “Music producing is my life, I live it and I dream it, I find pleasure in music producing. When I was still a young boy, I would look at my grandfather composing music and I admired the old man. He was a great music composer and his dedication led to him winning an award of best radio composer at the SABC in the year 2002,” said Q-Mark.

5 His hit single ‘Paris’ which he worked on together with two other members, TpZee and Afriikan Papi, has reached over 10 million views on YouTube.
