Fans React To Abidoza’s Graduation From The University Of Cotton Fest. Born and raised in Marokolong Hammanskraal, Amogelang Thorne Chabangu also widely known as Abidoza developed a passion and drive for music. This then gave birth to the ABIDOZA brand. With over 10 years of experience in the South African music industry his first major production came in 2018 when he produced the hit song Baby Boy with Tumza D’Kota and Tsitso.

Abidoza shared a photo of himself wearing a graduation attire, and while some congratulated him wondering which school he went to, some tweeps noticed the emblem of Cotton Fest on his gown. Abidoza and his 10-year career has brought him to a place which is undeniable. The multi-talented producer is nudging his way into the Amapiano mainstage with consistent hits and working with some of the best artists in the country. No wonder he has graduated from the University of Cotton Fest.

He’s currently featured on the biggest song in the country, Siyathandana, alongside Cassper Nyovest and Boohle. The single reached #1 on Apple Music, Shazam, YouTube and Spotify without playlist support.

Cassper had a lot of great things to say about the DJ and producer, saying: “Hehe, I know Youtube says Siyathandana is my biggest record but Baby Girl is actually the biggest. That doesn’t take away from how amazing and how massive that record went. We just made music and the energy was great. Abidoza is an amazing producer so sessions with him always feel like we have an incredible song. We weren’t trying to make a hit or chase charts, but we were definitely intentionally making a great song and thank the Lord it came out as beautiful. “
