Samthing Soweto Reacts To Suggestions Of Collaborating With Young Stunna and DJ Maphorisa. Samkelo Lelethu Mdolomba, known professionally as Samthing Soweto, is a South African singer and songwriter. Samthing is best known for his vocals on Sun-El Musician’s song “Akanamali” and his number 1 single on spotify “Akulaleki”.

Samthing Soweto has been quite open about hosting a solo music show of his own, and getting back into the music game completely. With suggestions from fans, one social media user shared that fans deserve a collaboration track from Young Stunna, Sir Trill, Samthing Soweto and Maphorisa. Reacting to this, the ‘Akanamali’ hitmaker shared the tweet to get more people supporting the suggestion. “Who else would like this to happen?” he asked his fans. See tweet:

Following the success of his hit single, Adiwele, Young Stunna, whose real name is Sandile Msimango, recently dropped his debut album titled Notumato, which means new beginnings in isiXhosa.“Notumato is a feeling that came to me about the whole album. It symbolises new beginnings. I feel like this album is my firstborn and I need to take care of her because she’s going to work for me and take me places,” he said.

“As a newcomer, I look up to these people and I always want to learn so much from them. I always listen to their advice and what they have to say. The experience has been amazing. Getting to work with them means more to me than just recording in studio with them. They show me respect and guide me on a lot of things. Once again, I regard that as a blessing because I’ve never imagined it all happening in such a short space of time,” Young Stunna said on working with big names.
