Flex Rabanyan Apologizes To Sizwe Alakine After Being Opinionated On His Decision To Work With Maphorisa. Emerging South African rapper Flex Rabanyan released an ice-cold diss track to veteran lyricist Reason last night. The song, titled “FWR (For Whatever Reason),” is a response to a feud between the two rappers that started where most rap beefs start in the 21st century, the Twitter streets.

Wirh Hip Hop artists switching the genres moving towards amapiano, many rappers had a lot to say about those artists. Flex on the other hand, has opened up about having oppossed thoughts on Sizwe Alakine also known as Reason for working with Maphorisa on his new genre switch into amapiano. Realising the high alarming rate of suicide stats more especially on men, the rapper has apologised to Sizwe and said he respects him for feeding his family and wishes him well on his endeavour with Maphorisa. See post:

A graphic posted on Facebook on 15 September 2021 claims that men in South Africa die from suicide at a much higher rate than women. The graphic shows a bar graph with the title: “Suicide Rates Around the World: Estimated rates of suicide per 100,000 population in selected countries in 2019.”

Reason took to Instagram on Tuesday, 20 July 2021, to share the official cover art for his much-anticipated single, Khanda Shisa, featuring DJ Maphorisa. The single is anticipated as it marks the first single which the “conscious rapper” is set to release with amapiano influences. This is as the track is produced by amapiano tastemaker and one half of the hit amapiano duo, Scorpion Kings, DJ Maphorisa.
