Uncle Waffles Reacts To Claims That There Was A Paid Campaign To Trash Her. About a month ago, Uncle Waffles took social media by storm with her infectious dance moves as she deejayed in front of a packed crowd. Uncles Waffles’s viral video of her dancing to chart-topping amapiano song “Adiwele” by Young Stunna and Kabza De Small made her the talk of the town. The video has been highly viewed, it is currently sitting on 4.2 million views on Twitter and one of those views is from international rapper, Drake himself.

It has been days now that Uncle Waffles us trending, at first it was all good news, but recently there has been criticism. The TLs were filled with criticism for the DJ’s use of Adiwele. Tweeps claimed she was benefiting from the track locally and across the border while Young Stunna, the owner of the song, does not enjoy as much attention and support for his song. With that said, a social media influencer took to social media to share that there is a paid campaign to trash Uncle Waffles. Seeing this, Waffles was quite heartbroken to learn that there are people who are against her success. Check it out:

However, the likes of Cassper Nyovest and Kamo Mphela are some of the artists who are in support of Waffles’ success. Rapper Cassper Nyovest has come out to defend DJ Uncle Waffles, who landed on the Twitter trends list again this week after a vlogger made vile remarks about her. The rapper tweeted in her defence when one Twitter said Waffles was using Young Stunna to shine.“Uncle Waffles didn’t mean for her video to even trend. She was doing what she loved & she did it with such passion that we all fell in love with her. Week in, week out y’all talking s**t about the poor girl. Next week y’all tweeting depression is real. Let her have a her moment.”

Kamo Mphela also rallied behind Waffles after Slik Talk’s vile remarks about the DJ. She said that Slik Talk, a controversial YouTuber who has been making negative comments about Uncle Waffles, that he must stop hating women. “He needs to stop hating on women who are more successful than his existence. What a waste of sperm,’ she wrote.
