Major League DJz Reveal They Have An Amapiano Song With American Singer Doja Cat. Amapiano DJ duo Bandile and Banele Mbere, popularly known as Major League DJz, have been making Mzansi proud and flying the flag up high with their music – amapiano which they have been taking internationally.

Major League DJz took to social media to share that they have another international collaboration as they revealed their new feature with American star Doja Cat. The amapiano stars will return to Mzansi soon with an amapiano song in hand. The duo took to Twitter on Tuesday to share the news with fans. “Bringing a record home with Doja … Piano to the f**ken world,” they wrote.

This is not the first international feature the DJs have teased. In October, they hinted at a collaboration with Jorja Smith and hit the studio with RnB muso Masego. The DJs have been on a global takeover and have been seen rubbing shoulders with a number of international stars. Check it out:

The stars recently bid farewell to the first season of their reality show about a month ago. The MTV Base eight-part series, Inside Life: Major League saw the music duo travelling across Africa as well as Europe and America in search of global success. “The biggest highlight for us was the opportunity to let our fans into our lives. For the first time that they get to see what goes on behind the scenes in our careers and our day-to-day lives from the time we wake up and how we prepare for a big project. Another big highlight was ticking off some bucket list items, I mean we got to go sky-dive for the first time and travel through Africa, taking our music to the people,” said Bandile.

Banele added: “We saw this as an opportunity to drive the narrative of Amapiano on the continent and give viewers an opportunity to see the back-end of the music as well the entertainment business. The bonus is, our fans got to know us a lot better in the process. This is a movement and it is just beginning.”
