Kamo Mphela’s Booking Fee Revealed. Well known dancer and singer Kamo Mphela is the newly acclaimed Queen of Amapiano, a dancer and MC that rose to fame through social media and became a prominent face in Amapiano alongside Killer Kau and many others. Being from the South of Joburg where block parties are a huge deal, Kamo also ventured into MC’ing and perform to keep the crowd hyped. This led to videos of her dancing flooding social media and this became part of her marketing strategy and her popularity grew there.

A social media user who claims to be in the entertainment industry has revealed Kamo Mphela’s Booking fee. This comes after Kamo Mphela won big at the Amapiano Awards, attracting attention to her and her energy on stage. @MusaKhawula took to social media to share that in order to book Kamo Mphela, it costs R35 000, excluding travel and accommodation. Also, transport fees must include 5 people which is the manager, Kamo, 2 dancers and a DJ. See tweet:

Her main tool of artistry – her dancing – has also seen her bag a deal with Spotify. Her choreography was performed across the globe in Lagos, Nigeria, the UK and the US – all with a little help from the beat provided by Focalistic’s Ke Star. “Sometimes, it’s hard to balance the music and dancing, you know? What I try to do is that I make dance videos that translate my music. I’m always recording new music, and always creating new dance routines. That’s just how I balance, I try to make sure that every song I make has its own signature dance choreography; it balances the music and dance equation. I almost do it simultaneously,” she said.
