DBN Gogo Reveals Why She Recently Cried At A Gig. Mandisa Radebe otherwise known as DBN Gogo has taken the DJing scene by storm since her introduction to the game. Whether it is her sets that leave people begging for more or her unique style, she has set the game ablaze. Having played at events such as Ultra, Oppikoppi, Homecoming Africa & worked with brands such as Strawberry Lips & Ray-Ban, she has been able to do everything her way.

DBN Gogo took to social media to share that she recently cried at a gig because some guy didn’t want to give the crowd food and drinks. The star said the she doesn’t agree with the fact of people being invited to a place, and not be provided with food whereas they were told they would be provided for. “I cried at a gig coz this nigga didn’t wana get food and drinks for people. Imagine leaving your home to come suffer because you were told everything would handled. Yho hayi,” she wrote.

Speaking on DJing becoming a career worth pursuing, the star said: “I think it only kicked in this year when I realized my mom was starting to understand. That’s when I was like “okay, it might be a real thing”. When she’s just like “oh, so you have money mos” and it’s like “yeah, I actually do. I don’t actually need to ask you for stuff”. Like I actually work now as much as it’s weird, I actually work. So that’s when I realized that’s it’s a real thing.”
