Watch! Judith Sephuma Becomes The Next Veteran Artist To Jump Onto Amapiano. With amapiano being the biggest genre in South Africa right now, the genre has witnessed a lot of well-established artists from other genres jump onto it. This has made the amapiano movement grow as it is today.

Afro funk, Jazz and gospel singer Judith Sephuma has become the next veteran musician to jump onto amapiano. The star teased an amapiano song she has been working on with amapiano mainstay Tyler ICU. The duo went live on Instagram to give fans a glimpse of what they have been working on and share what the fans can expect. Check it out on the link below:

The star has been making waves within the jazz genre, and not many could anticipate or expect that Sephuma would just on amapiano, however, the fans love to see it. For four years ago, Sephuma was on the line-up of Cape town International Jazz Festival with a host of acclaimed local and international artists including, Thandiswa Mazwai, Pops Mohamed, Jameszoo and Jokko, to name just a few.

She said: “The highlights from being on the Cape Town International Jazz Festival stage is first to actually keep going back and listening to the audience sing to the songs that they love. The best part for me is when you walk on stage and the first time that people see you. That reception is out of this world. It reminds me all the time of the love that South Africa has for me and it’s just amazing,” she said.
