Musa Keys Reacts To His Song ‘Vula Mlomo’ Major Milestone On Radio. Born Musa Makamu, Musa Keys has been producing music since he was 14 years old. He has worked with a number of top local musicians including DBN Gogo and Major League DJz.
Musa Keys took to social media to react to his hit single ‘Vula Mlomo’ having been on the radio charts for over 18 weeks, making it the longest charting song on number 26. The milestone is worth celebrating to the star especially considering that he hasn’t been in the Amapiano scene for too long.
Speaking on making music from a tender age, the star said: “I completed my first and official song with a friend who goes by the name of Fuego at the age of 16 years. The trap EP (five song album) can be downloaded on Audiomack and Soundcloud,” he said. He said that it was inspired by musicians like Chris Brown and Bryson Tiller, among others, who were already in the game.”
Today, he has made a name for himself and is continuing to make his dreams a reality. Musa Keys is widely known for his chart-topping singles ‘Samarian Boy’ and ‘Vula Mlomo’ featuring Sir Trill and Nobantu Vilakazi, which has amassed more than 5 million views on YouTube since February.
