Focalistic Drops New Song With Diamond Platnumz And Mapara A Jazz. Lethabo Sebetso famously known as Focalistic aka Pitori Maradona always has something great up his sleeve. The star is one of the amapiano artists introducing amapiano to other countries outside Mzani, and probably the first artist to feature one of the biggest Afro-beat artists(Davido) on a yanos song. He has now done it again, and this time, with another superstar.

Focalistic isn’t taking any chill pill with his music career, as he goes hard by cooking a new sound with one of Tanzanian biggest music star, Diamond Platnumz. The Tanzanian recording artist has just released a new amapiano banger featuring Mzansi’s superstars Focalistic, Mapara A Jazz, and Ntosh Gazi. The single is titled ‘Iyo’. And once again, another Focalistic’s feature with an artist outside Mzansi has taken the county by storm seeing how artists from other countries are embracing the sound and also tapping into it. Focalistic took to social media announcing that the song has officially dropped. See tweet:

The song comes few days after Diamond shared a video of himself in the studio with Focalistic, assuring fans that they are working on a piano song together. This song has been in the works for a while and it’s finally out. The top East African singer was also excited to be on the yanos train as he announced the song. Mapara A Jazz, on the other hand, have been also consistent with releasing music after their hit single ‘John Vuli Gate’ went viral.

The amapiano movement has grown so much despite becoming popular pre-pandemic. It has now penetrated through the airwaves worldwide. Amapiano is literally the dance move that has taken over South Africa’s music industry, with growing keen ears on a daily basis that ensures the future of the sound.
