Today her fame has gone global, with her picture appearing on a billboard on Times Square in New York, United States. However, that is not the only thing worth celebrating in her life.
Lady Du’s actor boyfriend Andile Mxakaza has just upgraded her engagement ring. Taking to social media, Lady Du shared a video of her being emotional after Andile gifted her a small box. “We got engaged last year august, 3 months into the relationship. I’ve never been sooo happy my entire life. Today he decided to upgrade my ring. It’s our birthday month, since I’m busy he and my brother planned all this. @andilemx I love you king I really have no words,” she captioned the post.
Lady got engaged to Andile Mxakaza some time last year, one of the actors on Isibaya. Apparently they had met about 12 years ago but were only able to date for four months. They rekindled their relationship in 2020, ad that when Andile popped the question in August the same year.
By August of that year, Mxakaza had indicated interest in beginning lobola negotiations. As Lady Du stated, however, they both have their lives in front of them and are in no hurry to get married. Lady Du’s focus right now is on her career. She’s determined to remain top of the league.
