Mpura Is Being Accused Of Stealing Cassper Nyovest’s Track. Cassper Nyovest dropped ‘Angisho Guys’ which is an amapiano song on Friday, 30 April 2021. The song was produced by Abidoza and featured Lady Du. ‘Angisho Guys’ is Cassper Nyovest’s first track into the the amapiano scene and from his upcoming Amapiano album.

Following Cassper’s amapiano release, Twitter realised that Mpura has a song with the very same title as Cassper’s single. Social media users started asking who the song belonged to. Lady Du who is featured on Cassper’s single replied to claims that Mpura is the originator of the song and said: “No its not, he took a song out of the original studio. That’s wrong jnr that’s why it didn’t go anywhere!!! You can steal the pan but not the vision.”

She further went on to say that it was Cassper’s song from the beginning and that she is standing up for anyone but only telling the truth. See tweets:

While another social media user said the only person who would tell the truth is the main producer of the song, being Abidoza. He wrote: “I think when the original song was made, the main producer who has answers is Abidoza because the work was distributed amongst them nd amaroto. Now the sound is different… There’s more into this than Mpura being accused of stealing the song…”

Abidoza came out to address rumours and uncertainties, saying the original song was made with both Cassper and Mpura, however while still deciding on changes to make to the song, Mpura decided to go record the son somewhere else stealing Cassper’s flow. “The song originally was made with Mpura and Cassper, so while deciding who we can add next or what changes we can make to the song. Your father decided to go record it somewhere else and stole Cass flow. That song was suppose to be a team work song me Cass Lady Du and Amaroto,” he wrote.
