With her engagement video making rounds on social media, there are some comments that Lady Du saw the need to address. Lady Du replied to social media comments that were labelling her husband as not romantic for calling her ‘umjita’ while proposing. “My hubby calls me mjita, we are best friends dawg…inja yam leya. Andile Mxakaza, better referred to as Fezile on Mzansi Magic’s Telenovela Isibaya, isn’t big on social media or flaunting his love-life for all to ascertain. However, what the public can witness from him is the love he has for Lady Du. The actor is engaged to Amapiano musician Duduzile Ngwenya aka Lady Du.
Andile and Lady Du got back together early last year in August after rekindling their love and Andile asked Lady Du to marry him three months later into their relationship. Fast forward to May 2021, the pair have been living blissfully and Andile felt his hard working wife-to-be deserved a bigger rock on her finger, so he went out with their friends and family to celebrate their birth month and that was when Andile surprised his DJ fiancée with a replacement ring.
Lady Du shared the news on her Instagram, with a video of the ‘proposal’ during which she was crying tears of joy.
