Lady Du Explains The Meaning Behind Her Verse As She Joins Forces With Black Motion On A Forthcoming Single. uduzile Ngwenya, popularly known as DJ Lady Du recently shot to fame following the success of ‘Dakiwe’ and ‘Umsebenzi Wethu’. She is the lady of the moment who is currently making waves in the amapiano scene. A lot of the biggest songs released this year features contributions from Lady Du.

The star is known for telling stories through music on her verses. The recent verse she wrote on the forthcoming single with Black Motion and DJ Fortee, she said it has a much deeper meaning. “The verse I wrote on the Blackmotion/Fortee beat is deep, with everything that’s been happening around women, I wrote a verse to address women! Let’s start building each other and supporting 1 another, time 2 stand up as women and take charge. The world would be a better place.”

hit maker Lady Du, has features on several hits and practically owned the airwaves with them. She also wrote the lyrics of her verse, “Attention mapantsula, Ngiya khuluma ncela kube nokthula. Asenze impilo ibe lula. Si’sebenze ayikho ezos hlula. Sibambe intambo siyeke uk’tsula. Sibe me mali sizo Jabula, Abadala bazos phendula (God and our ancestors). Lendaba istraight aydingi rulea eishuuuuu.”

Mzansi hit makers, Black Motion, DJ Fortee & Lady Du have joined forces to create a forthcoming jam titled “Wawa”. From how the song sounds like, it is a massive song scheduled to hit the airwaves soon. The announcement was made by the “Uwrongo” stars on their Instagram page. They shared video with the song playing in the background. This will be yet another successful drop for Lady Du this year.
