Considering that he is one of the amapiano pioneers, the star has been booked and busy. It has been revealed that Mr JazziQ reportedly charges R50 000 for one single show. Having done 36 shows in May 2021, we did the maths and the numbers add up to R1.8 million. Which is how much he has made only in one month. The star took to social media to show gratitude for being booked.
Not only is he doing shows in South Africa but outside too. The star was last in Tanzania, where he did a show with Focalistic. However, doing shows is not the only hustle that pays his bills, JazziQ also owns a record label called ‘Black is Brown’ where stars including Busta 928, Mpura, Lady Du, Zuma and Reece Madlisa released some of their biggest songs under.
JazziQ has been hitting the industry for a whole now, releasing timeless music as he also plans to take his sound internationally. One of his songs ‘Woza’ featuring Lady Du, went viral on social media after a video of African-American men were dancing to the song on the streets of Washington, USA. Although it is no surprise that amapiano has already entered the international waves. Amapiano artists are also making it to the Times Square billboard in New York.
