Focalistic, Lady Du And JazziQ React To High School Kids Who Got Suspended For Dancing To Their Song ‘GUPTA’. Music has its way of touching people despite cultural or geographical factors, and in this case, it touched school learners.
Amapiano has indeed taken over the music industry as a whole in Mzansi. A video of learners at Langenhoven High School went viral on social media after the learners were suspended for dancing during school hours. Amapiano artists Focalistic, Lady Du and Mr jazziQ reacted to the video as their song ‘WOZA’ was playing in the background. Taking to social media, Lady Du shared a video of school learners dancing to ‘GUPTA’ during school hours. It seems the school had resorted to calling the police to come and salvage the situation and keep learners in class. Watch the video below:
Focalistic also reacted to the video in a tweet saying: “Actually, thinking of making an event called “After School is after school” outside High Schools and rocking with the kids for free !! Can’t get suspended for dancing fela that’s unfair …. who can help us with sound?” See tweets:
Focalistic went as far as saying that he is willing to perform at the school or even outside the premises for the learners for free. Mr JazziQ reacted to the video, saying: “we opening a school bro.”
‘GUPTA’ is one song that was released due to popular demand after Focalistic went live on Instagram with the song playing in the background. After hearing the song, Mzansi loved it and most of his fans overwhelmed Focalistic with love for his track while it was still not yet officially out. However, when he officially dropped the song, most yanos fans went crazy over the song while some created the #GUPTAchallenge where hundreds of not thousands participated in the challenge.
