Watch! Inside Rising Star And Yanos Dancer Uncle Vinny’s Lit Birthday Celebration. This weekend by far belonged to the new kid on the block ‘Uncle Vinny’. Although he is young, but the rising star already has a dedicated following and is pulling impressive crowds. This much became obvious, once again, when he celebrated his 19th birthday in Braamfontein, Johannesburg, on 24 April 2021.
The birthday celebration had both young and old attendees. Mzansi pretty much stood still for the kid who many joke is the youngest “uncle” in the country. The birthday bash was packed with well wishers keen to celebrate the rising star. The party was so packed and loud that police had to intervene and disperse part of the crowd. Online, many fans, including DJ Tira, hailed uncle Vinny.
Vinny won over Mzansi’s hearts with his jaw-dropping dance moves. Ever since a video of him dancing to the an amapiano track went viral on social media, everyone has been curious about who uncle Vinny is, what he does and where he’s headed. Chatting to Scoop and Ms Cosmo on their YouTube show ‘The PoPcast’, Vinny opened up about who he is and described himself as a presenter, events curator and plans to get into radio very soon.
Uncle Vinny has become Mzansi’s favourite and internet sensation that when Cassper Nyovest tweeted of his plans to host another concert at the Dome, many responded in the comments that he should have Uncle Vinny on the lineup. He is obviously the next big thing in South Africa as he’s been crowned the coolest kid. Young though he might be, many look up to him in that he appears to know how to make an honest living especially at his age, and of course, for his unique dance moves.
