SA Rappers Who Are Leaning Towards Amapiano. Amapiano sound is currently the most popular genre in the country. It is also moving out of the country to other countries too. SA rappers have caught on the wave and felt an interest to jump into the most popular sound and put some twist to it.

Here are a few SA rappers who are leaning towards amapiano:

Cassper Nyovest

Cassper has been quite vocal of his plans of tapping into amapiano. He recently announced that h is working o an amapiano album and promised that it will be nothing but amazing. He has managed to master the art of fusing into the amapiano sound. Mufasa is one of those Hip Hop rapper who jumped on a few amapiano track that became a hit. He has been featured by the likes of Kabza De Small, DJ Maphorisa, Major League DJz and more.

Ricky Rick

Makhado is known for his ability to master the art of most geres that become popular in Mzansi. He has shown an interest in amapiano as he was featured on VSOP by Mr JazziQ & Busta 929 ft. Reece Madlisa, Zuma, Mpura, and 9umba. His verse was so perfectly infused into the beats of the track.

Costa Titch

The super talented rapper and songwriter Costa Titch became a successful rapper with a significant acceptance in the entertainment industry. He is mostly known for his contribution to the Hip Hop genre however, he has stepped out of his comfort zone by leaning into amapiano. He was featured on the remix of Yebo Malume remix by ALfa Kay featuring Banaba’des.

Focalistic

Pitori’s Maradona has now established his footprint in the amapiano industry. He has featured the likes of Semi Tee, Kabza De Small, DJ Maphorisa and Vigro Deep. He has released platinum selling singles and collaborated with Davido on on of his amapiano smash hit ‘Ke Star’.
