Falz Drops ‘Squander’ Remix Featuring South Africa’s Amapiano Sensations. Nigerian stars and South Africa stars have been merging both worlds to expand the amapiano music genre, while some are featuring amapiano sensations to bring their authentic pen game. Nigerian rapper Falz has decided to work a collabo out of his comfort zone and Mzansi is loving it.
Falz has released a remix of his hit song ‘Squander’ with South Africa’s Amapiano sensations including Kamo Mphela, Mpura and SayFar alongside Nigerian Afro House Queen, Niniola. Taking to social media, SayFar announced the collaboration captioned: “Brand New Heat Out Now!!! #SquanderRemix with @falzthebahdguy@OfficialNiniola@Kamo_mphelaxx@MPURAPUDI & Myself Listen Now: https://music.empi.re/squander.”
Falz shared his love for South Africa and its culture as well as his excitement for the remix. “I love South Africa, I love the Culture and the food. I am really excited about this remix with Kamo Mphela, Mpura & SayFar because it’s a great blend of South African & Nigerian music. Like the first song with Niniola, this is sure to keep you on your feet. Musicians Niniola and Kamo Mphela have been dominating as the newest queens when it comes to House and amapiano music. Vocalist and dancer Kamo Mphela dropped “6th Heaven EP” where she went solo and the later dominated the SA music industry with her breath-slaying dance vocals and dance moves which have been the reason for her tremendous followers on social media platforms and her latest appearance is on her EP titled “Nkulunkulu” which tops chart on almost all digital stores.
Mpura and Sayfar on the other hand have been a few of the fastest rising SA amapiano hit makers, despite being less than a year in the industry and having produced a number of hit tracks like Amathafa, SNK , Khuza Gogo, Umsebenzi Wethu, Paradise, among others.
