10 Things You should Know About Bontle Smith. Bontle Smith is an upcoming music sensation in South Africa. She has collaborated with popular music artists in the country, including Cassper Nyovest on the Get Getsa 2.0 track and MFR Souls on Amanikiniki. Her energy, talent, and beauty have made her one of the best females in South African hip hop.

Here are 10 things you should know about Bontle Smith:

1 Her full name is Bontle Mabotlhale Smith, and she was born in Tembisa, South Africa. She stayed a few years in Lebowakgomo (Limpopo) and came back to Tembisa.

2 Bontle was born on 1st April 1989 and she is 32 years as of 2021.

3 The singer is yet to release an album. She mostly sings as a featured artist.

4 She has a Bachelor of Accounting Science degree from the University of Johannesburg. She furthered her education at UJ where she also joined a contemporary singing group called Currents of Blackness, alongside Donald Moatshe.

5 In an earlier Facebook post, the star revealed that she started singing at the age of 12 at her local church. “I Started singing in church at the age of 12 where My love for music grew rapidly,” reads the Facebook post.

6 Her debut song was called Lose Yourself in the Music done in 2010. She did the song together with DJ Giggs.

7 She has featured in a number of music videos, including Cassper Nyovest’s hit single, Gets Getsa 2.0.

8 She is also the first female to be part of DJ Maphorisa’s BLAQBOY Music.

9 The musician has a lot of energy for art. Apart from being a great singer, she is a talented dancer. The star also models sometimes.

10 Bontle Smith is one of the best upcoming artists in the music industry. She has worked with top artists in the country like DJ Maphorisa, Cassper Nyovest, and others. Most of the tracks she featured on are smash hits in the country.
